For over forty years, Dolf Weber has advised his clients – mainly financial institutions, major international companies and public enterprises – on the corporate and tax law aspects of company structuring, corporate and real estate transactions, as well as restructuring and privatisations. He also acted in large-scale commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings and as a non-executive director of companies. He was a leader of his firm and many years it´s chairman.

Following his retirement from Clifford Chance, he acts for selected clients and as a non-executive director of companies, as well as in the capacity of arbitrator.
